Pre-School
(Casa) Extra Curricular Activities include: Karate, Ballet, Music, Piano, Indoor Soccer,
Introduction to Basketball and T-Ball.
Elementary
Extra Curricular Activities include: Golf, Karate, Choir, Indoor Soccer, Down
Hill Skiing, Skating, Badminton, Baseball, Chess Club and Basketball.

3 AMs Casa sessions are only available at the Rougemount/Rougemount Annex,
Milner and Oshawa Campuses.

These fees represent the amounts for the school year,
September to June, 5 days a week (excluding School Breaks).
No Full Payment Discount – As these Extra Supervision Fees have not
increased for several years, there will be no full payment discount
applied. Please be aware that these
fees may increase next year.
Sibling Discount - Deduct an 8%
Discount for each additional child enrolled at Blaisdale.
Payments - There
are 3 methods of payment for Extra Supervision:
1. $2.00 per hour (as per above schedule) must be paid in full by
September 1/08, or in 2 installments dated September 1/08 and February
1/09, or in 10 installments dated September 1/08 to June 1/09. (Post-dated cheques must be received by
September 15/07.)
2. $4.00 per hour if tickets are purchased. (Please be sure a yellow Extra
Supervision Payment Form is completed to ensure the monies are credited to
your account and therefore included on your Child Care Expense
Receipt.) Reimbursement for any
unused tickets will be made when your child leaves the School. (There is no longer an option to pay cash
as you go.)
3. $6.00 per hour if you are billed.

Payments
are due the first of each month. If you
have any questions regarding your monthly fees, please contact the Head
Office at (905) 509-5005. If your payment is not
received at your Campus by the 15th of the month, you will be billed with a
$20.00 Service Charge.
Full Payment Discount - If you wish to pay the fees for three months
in one payment, please deduct 2%.
Sibling
Discount - An 8% discount applies to a second and third
child.

(Fees Cover From 7:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m., Milner Campus - 7:30 a.m. to
11:45 a.m.)

(Fees Cover From 7:00 a.m.
to 6:00 p.m., Milner
Campus - 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.)
Note: We will only open during the Winter Break and March Break if
there is sufficient interest. Not all
locations are open during the Summer.
There will be no charge for School Closures (except Statutory
Holidays).
